It seems Doctors want to put a "fat tax" on soft drinks and fast food joints. They would then use the revenue generated from said taxes for "public heath education". We all know how well that worked with cigarettes. For the story on this go here.

The Roethlisberger motorcycle wreck is getting a lot of comments. Seems everybody is an expert on motorcycle safety. It boils down to helmets not being mandatory in many states. I still firmly believe in rider choice, a person can find one if they want one. Personally, when I used to ride, I never wore one either. For the story on the incident go here.

And lastly a little news flash. For those who love to hate Ann Coulter, she will be on the Tonight show with George Carlin also, Wednesday night. Seems like a strange combination of guests to me.
