ACLU, Chicago fire, KFC, VA, and space station

It was bound to happen, the Iowa ACLU has sued the city over the speed cameras. This will make for some interesting reading in the Times. Here's the story from the Times.

There was a big fire in a Chicago suburb with at least 10 fire departments responding. 300 people were evacuated and 6 injured at plant. For more infor on the story go here.


A doctor and a consumer advocacy group sued Kentucky Fried Chicken over use of trans fat. They claim it's not a healthy practice. For more on this story go here.

Top democrats blast Veteran's Affairs officials for mishandling records; is it an obsentity laced publicity stunt? I know I recieved a form letter from the Secretary of Veteran Affairs and I'm not worried. To read more about this go to this link.

Lastly, seems there's a big flap about someone flying a confederate flag on the International Space Station. News does get around. For more on this go here.
