This weekend kicks off with a few local car events such as Saturday's Northpark cruise-in which will start at 6 p.m., weather permitting. And on Sunday at Southpark Mall , by Dillard's, is the Quad Cities Cruisers Open run car show from 8 a.m., to 4 p.m.
Next Saturday, June 17 it's the "Back to the 60's" Car Show at Miller Time Bowl, 2902 E. Kimberly Rd., Davenport, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
And lastly, Sunday, June 25, is the Showcase of Cars at the Railroad Days at Standish Park in Galesburg. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is sponsored by OSF St. Mary Medical Center, and promoted by the Western Illinois Antique Auto Club.
