Well, the test results are back and it would appear that the citizens won't know what really happened; again. Seems the Police use breathalizers for a reason. According to an officer who retired a couple years ago, all a urine test will tell is if there was alcohol in the system or not.
If the local union and other agencies stopped using this test as a precursor to arrest, it tells me the good old boy mentality is alive and well in the Davenport P.D. I can only hope this retired gentleman is wrong and in the couple years since he retired they figured a way to determine blood alcohol content in urine.
