I changed things around a bit, and added a few things. It's as new to me as it is to you, but I think it'll work. As usual I'll try to have a variety of topics, but come summer there will be more postings about car events. You can email me at cruisaholic@hotmail.com Keep the shiny side up!

Taxes

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.
Tax his tractor,
tax his mule,
Teach him taxes
are the rule.
Tax his cow,

Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.
Tax his ties,
Tax his shirt,
Tax his work,
Tax his dirt.
Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.
Tax his cigars,
Tax his beers,
If he cries, then
Tax his tears.
Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass.
Tax all he has
then let him know,
that you won't be done
till he has no dough.
When he screams and hollers,
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
he's good and sore.
Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which he's laid.
Put these words
Upon his tomb,
"Taxes drove me to my doom..."
When he's gone,
Do not relax.
It's time to apply
The inheritance tax.

We - all of us - got paid off. We got our Social Security, we got our domestic security (most of it applied overseas), we got our interstates, we got our state universities (where pay tuition anyway), we got our unemployment benefits, we got our farm subsidies (not to mention various forms of economic booster-ism), and and and etc. You get the idea.

I, for one, am ready to give it all back. But where do we go to get that done?

If you find out, let me know. Thing is, if we give it back, the government will just give more to someone or something else.
