Some car events

Since the weekend is here I thought I'd post some car events coming up again. Tomorrow night at Southpark near Dillard's will be a cruise-in hosted by the Quad Cities Cruisers. It starts at 6 p.m., and runs until its over.

Next friday, August 11, there's a cruise-in at Dick-N-Sons, Conoco, Subway in Blue Grass, Ia., from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Next Saturday, August 12, is the Northpark cruise-in in the north east corner by Sears. Hosted by the River Valley Classics it runs from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

And finally, on Saturday, August 19, there is a cruise-in at Maid-Rite in Bettendorf, Ia., from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Also this month is my buddy Wizz's Flying Eyeball Reunion the 18 through the 20. Saturday and Sunday the show will be at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. If you like pinstripes, good times, and wild cars it's the place to be.
