The Quad City Ignitor's are hosting an all Ford Cruise-in, sponsored by Sexton Ford, at Checker's on Blackhawk Road tomorrow night begining at 6 p.m. They are asking for a $2 donation per vehicle. Ford related door prizes and top 10 trophies. Rain date for this event will be Sunday, August 27.
On a different slant this link leads to story about an ice truck that sank in Lake Okoboji in 1948 and was recently found again by divers. I think it's an interesting story, and it even has a few pictures.
