no left turns

I got an e-mail that had reference to cars and Iowa. It's a little lengthy, but I will have a link at the end of the post. Seems this man's father quit driving at the age of 25 in 1927. He lived, worked and walked around Des Moines. It's an intriguing tale right up to the man's death in 2004 at 102. I don't know if it's true or not, but it is an interesting read.
