the Great Race


The Great Race started Saturday, June 24, in Philadelphia, Pa., and will end in San Rafael, Ca., on Saturday July 8. The race had a stop at the Mississippi Valley fairgrounds last year. To see where they're going, or where they've been go to

This site also has information on the 2007 and 2008 race. To finish this race is to win. It is a challenging cross country antique car race. This year is the first year that period correct street rods are going to be allowed to compete.
