Devils or Angels

Mike Loos got administrative leave over allegations he took drywall work from Tony LaHood in exchange for forgiving city fees and penalties. This seems to put an unpopular department in even worse light. If the inspectors weren't doing their jobs and doing things like this, wouldn't you think they're superiors would have known? Why didn't Malin, or Dee, or someone blow the whistle on this guy? For the QCT take on the story go here.
