Rule Change

Just when you think you have it figured out, they change the rules again.
The citizens thought they elected a fiscally responsible council only to have it backfire. A majority is a majority, and a veto shouldn't even play into a situation such as this. The boycotters proved a point by not letting this pass. To me they are to be applauded.
