Just a few random thoughts to make this a better place to live. First, let's do away with the minority way of thinking; you are a minority because there are less of you than somebody else. That premise should not include special favors or treatment.
Let's just make a system where all public employees from janitor to President are graded on a scale. If you slip to an F or equivilent you can not run for any office again.
I think the world needs to get a sense of humor. Everything from global warming to the speed of relief efforts are a crisis.
A lot of people just need to realize the world doesn't revolve around them. A good dose of humble pie would help, maybe.
