Day care

Now the city council has seen fit to hire some dude from Florida to give them tests, at $175 an hour, to see if they play well together. With all the big heads in one room it's not hard to see why they don't get along. Couldn't they get someone local?
Along the same lines, $190 an hour for some dude to tell the bus drivers and all others concerned how to come to an agreement is ridiculous. If the council is cutting expenses to keep from laying off public safety employees, how can they justify this set-up. I think Malin needs to get the boot along with some supervisors. If we truly have one supervisor for every four city employees; wouldn't it be cheaper to axe the supervisors and hire day care?
