Senator Kerry,
Your recent comments are an insult to any veteran who ever wore a uniform. Many of us were killed, maimed,and physcologically damaged for your right to tell us what idiots we are. We, as veterans have just seen a change in how we are percieved when we come home. We are no longer spit upon like after Viet Nam. You have singlehandly ruined all this work. You say you won't appologize but understand we won't forget either. As a group, the surviving veterans of today will not tolerate a return to the ways of the past. We will greet our returning brothers and sisters and welcome them home.

Give me a break! Senator Kerry's off-hand joke has ruined the public's perception of veterans?!? How could that be? Why don't you focus on the chicken hawks and yellow elephants who are the ones who really don't care about veterans?
