Speed Camera Protection

Heard yesterday from another someone I know in law enforcement; he told me that the city was going to hire Per Mar to guard the security cameras. Kind of makes me wonder, are they going to put security cameras on the speed cameras? Maybe instead of worrying about what people do after Mac's Tavern closes, the clowns that be should worry about keeping their jobs if much more of this sort of spending continues.
